2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. If your towels arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your towels high-quality and safe? Yes! CalyxTerry towels are OEKO-TEX certified (free from harmful substances), double-stitched for strength, and designed to stay soft and absorbent through many washes with minimal lint after the initial cycles. They’re gentle on all skin types and built for daily luxury.
7. How do I care for my CalyxTerry towels? Wash in warm or cold water with mild detergent (skip fabric softener to keep absorbency high). Tumble dry on low to medium heat. Wash new towels separately the first 2–3 times to remove any excess lint. Avoid bleach or high-heat drying. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
